Construction of new brewery

When Riverhorse Brewery outgrew their existing facility in Lambertville, NJ they decided to re-purpose a warehouse in Ewing as their new Headquarters. Baker was brought in to demo existing masonry firewalls and 10,000 s.f of slab on grade. During the re-construction phase Baker was responsible for installing several hundred feet of trench drain and pouring a structural slab to accommodate brewing equipment throughout the building. New masonry firewalls and exterior structural equipment slabs were also part of the project. Baker was able to provide an exceptional finish project on schedule. Completed: March 2013
